We go Greek with restaurant rebrand
By IMA on Sep 25, 2014
Out for lunch earlier this year, Managing Partner, Jamie discovered The Agora.
So wowed with the authentic Greek and Turkish food served, he offered the agency’s expertise free of charge to help the restaurant attract more customers.
The Agora not only impressed our boss. It also had great reviews on Trip Advisor (number one for eating out in Headingley) yet was not well known in the area.
After carrying out market research then developing strategies and concepts, three pitch teams from across the agency presented their ideas to the owners, Ali and Lilly, who chose their favourite.
Our rebrand included a new identity, website, exterior signage and a restyled interior including menus, uniforms and promotional materials. And although only just launched, the restaurant is already enjoying an upturn in trade.
Jamie said: “I’d never visited The Agora before, but once I’d tried it I wondered why. Steve and I saw it as an opportunity for some of our junior staff to experience a real-life pitch situation, present their ideas themselves and see the results first hand by putting The Agora firmly on the map.
Lilly from The Agora said: “We have been here for three years now and not really been seen by people. Now Intermarketing Agency has made us visible on the high street and helped us shout out that we are here!”
