East Coast – loyalty scheme rebrand
We revamped Rewards, East Coast’s loyalty scheme for passengers, by designing a new identity that nods to the ‘view from the window’ campaign and the rolling hills seen along the East Coast route.
The typographic execution clearly explains what Rewards is about, with an East Coast smile added for good measure.
To ensure consistency in every application, we created a brand guidelines document (shown above). Our work for East Coast Rewards was a finalist in the Consumer Retention category at the Marketing Society Awards 2013.
