Starting with CRM, including DM and email marketing, we’ve also created and launched exciting new products and designed an array of glossy brochures for Jet2.com’s package holiday brand, Jet2holidays.

We use these personalised communications to talk to customers with knowledge of their previous bookings and make informed recommendations for their next break. This CRM strategy is designed to aid customer retention in a market where shopping around is the norm.
