Jet2.com & Jet2holidays – booking anniversary direct mail
Our CRM campaign for Jet.com and Jet2holidays used DM to drive repeat bookings from customers who hadn’t booked in the last 12 months.
As the client had fantastic customer data, we were able to create direct mail packs personalised to each recipient using digital print. The messaging within not only acknowledged what and when the customer had previously booked, but also what their appetite could be for their next break.
This allowed us to promote Jet2.com and Jet2holidays’ destinations, products and offers most relevant to the customer at a time when they are most likely to be thinking of going away again.
