adidas – interactive retail experience
We were tasked with creating two premium experiential retail areas to promote the revolutionary new adidas Boost running shoe within Harrods.
Consumers were encouraged to try on Boost shoes to compare them with traditional running shoe technologies. As a direct result, Harrods sold out of adidas Boost shoes in record time.
Following the success of the flagship store launch, adidas asked us to create another retail experience at their Leeds store. This time we incorporated a gait analysis system, enabling runners to measure their performance on a treadmill and allow staff to recommend the perfect adidas running shoe for their gait.
This free service helped to merchandise adidas running products in a specially created area of the store by giving runners the chance to experience their perfect running shoe before purchase.
